The 1920s Main Street community
is part of the Walk Through Time experience at Sauder Village. This new project replicates a portion of 1920s Main Street typical to Northwest Ohio. Guests will feel like they have truly stepped into the 1920s as they explore the bank, theater, barbershop, fire station, soda fountain, auto dealership and more. The Roaring ’20s will come to life through personal stories, authentic reproduction buildings, historical artifacts and unique, hands-on experiences.

Jazz Under the Stars: Ryun Louie Jazz Ensemble Public Square, Medina

Back by popular demand and closing out the 2020 free Jazz under the Stars concert series is the Ryun Louie Jazz Ensemble. No stranger to the jazz scene, Louie has performed for audiences on the stages of the Montreux Jazz Festival, Breintz Jazz Festival, Salt Lake City International Jazz Festival, Park City Jazz Festival and the Art and Edison Farmer Memorial Jazz Festival.
Bring a picnic, blankets and lawn chairs. In case of rain, the concert will be held at United Church of Christ, 217 E. Liberty Street, Medina. Free.

The Tour de Donut Ohio

Ohio’s largest one-day cycling event, The Tour de Donut is a unique bicycle event where your ability to eat donuts is just as important as your ability to ride your bicycle fast. The event is a mass-start, timed ride where riders visit donut stops and eat donuts.
This ride is intended to be fun and includes all cyclists, pro to amateur. There are triathletes, tourists, fitness riders and just plain fun riders.
