Take an Electric Ride & Drive
Smart Columbus is working to deploy more affordable, reliable and sustainable transportation options, and AAA is joining them as a critical partner in that movement.
In support of this effort, AAA is hosting the Smart Columbus Ride & Drive Roadshow at AAA Ohio headquarters in Worthington. This is your opportunity to get behind the wheel of some of the newest electric vehicles on the market. You’ll also be able to discover the multimodal transit options Central Ohio has to offer and learn how easy, efficient and affordable it is to be a part of the future of transportation.
Five Diamond Employees Named
The Ohio Auto Club has created a new initiative to recognize outstanding employees who demonstrate the values outlined in the club’s Five Diamond Service Standards. Associates are recognized monthly based on input from various sources, including nominations from peers, feedback from internal and external surveys, and other unsolicited feedback.

Angelo Bowles,
a tow truck
operator, was

Performance
(June). Wrote one
member in need
of emergency road service: “The driver did an outstanding job. He was very helpful, polite, professional, and knowledgeable.”
Aaron Vance,
a travel consultant
at AAA Newark,
was nominated
for Noteworthy Accomplishment
(July) after
providing
extraordinary service to a renewing member with limited mobility.
