The Building Industry Association of Central Ohio (BIA) has announced that Evans Farm, Ohio’s only community
designed around the principles of new urbanism, will be the site of the 2019 BIA Parade of Homes. This year’s
restaurants, parks, homes, and more are all within walking or biking distance of each other.
“For more than 60 years the Parade of Homes has been at the forefront of showcasing innovation and the latest trends by the homebuilding community of central Ohio,” said BIA Executive Director Jon Melchi. “The 2019 Parade of Homes at Evans Farm continues that fine tradition by showcasing Ohio’s first community built in the style of new
urbanism.”
