Five-Diamond Employees Named
The Ohio Auto Club recognizes outstanding employees who demonstrate the values outlined in the club’s Five-Diamond Service Standards. Associates are recognized monthly based on input from various sources, including nominations from peers, feedback from internal and external surveys, and other unsolicited feedback.
Employees can be nominated based on the following service categories:
• Noteworthy Accomplishment
• Extraordinary Performance
• Exceptional Leadership • Problem Resolution
• Innovation
The most recent Five Diamond Employees of the Month include:
Raegan Falks was nominated as the AAA Five Diamond Employee of the Month for January. Falks, a travel agent at the Worthington store, was recognized for her performance in the categories of Noteworthy Accomplishment, Extraordinary Performance, Problem Solving, and Exceptional Leadership.
Said a fellow associate: “Raegan has been a stellar example of how our Five Diamond service can impact our members. She consistently provides exceptional service to everyone that walks through our doors. Recently I received a letter from a member that was so thankful for Raegan’s service that she had broken down into tears.”
Sheryn Warne was named AAA Five Diamond Employee of the Month for February. Warne, a travel agent at the Bellefontaine store, was recognized for her performance in the categories of Noteworthy Accomplishment and Extraordinary Performance.
Said store Manager Ashley Ford: “I have many great comments in regards to Sheryn Warne’s performance from our wonderful members. Sheryn is a great example of an associate who provides exceptional experiences every time!”
Jolene Ahlgrim was selected as the AAA Five Diamond Employee of the Month for March. Ahlgrim, a travel agent at the Grove City store, was recognized for her performance in the categories of Extraordinary Performance and Exceptional Leadership.
Said store Manager Brandi Grimsley: “Jolene’s leadership, integrity and unmatched customer service is what makes her a Five Diamond Employee. Her clients make it a priority to tell me what a wonderful job she does and how helpful she is. I appreciate her hard work and her dedication to our members and clients. It certainly does not go unnoticed.”
In a surprise announcement, Ohio Auto Club President & CEO Dave McMullen named all club employees Five-Diamond Award recipients for the month of April.
Said McMullen: “It has been inspiring to see the amount of effort everyone has put forth during this difficult time in order to ensure the service we provide our members and customers remains uninterrupted. All areas of club operations have worked equally hard to support our members and our mission statement. It has been truly remarkable.
     “As a result of these efforts, we are naming all OAC employees as
Five Diamond Employees for the month of April for their Noteworthy Accomplishments, Problem-Solving, Innovation, Extraordinary Performance and Exceptional Leadership.”
