Five-Diamond Employees Named
The Ohio Auto Club has created a new initiative to recognize outstanding employees who demonstrate the values outlined in the club’s Five Diamond Service Standards. Associates are recognized monthly based on input from various sources, including nominations from peers, feedback from internal and external surveys, and other unsolicited feedback.
Employees can be nominated based on the following service categories:
• Noteworthy Accomplishment • Extraordinary Performance
• Exceptional Leadership
• Problem Resolution
• Innovation
The most recent Five Diamond Employees of the Month include:
Becky Delauder, a Group Travel coordinator, was chosen as the Five Diamond Employee of the Month in August for Noteworthy
Accomplishment and Extraordinary Performance. Delauder had recently led the Fixer Upper and More motorcoach trip as the group’s guide. Said one of her guests: “Becky was amazing! Becky went out of her way to make our trip wonderful. Becky added extra events onto our itinerary.
I will travel on all her tours.”
Jessie Johnson, sales manager at the Upper Arlington store, was chosen as the Five Diamond Employee of the Month in September for Extraordinary
Performance and Exceptional Leadership. Said one member: “I am hoping that you are already aware of what a wonderful manager and company representative you have in Jessie and that this email
further strengthens your awareness. Having a background in sales, management and customer service, I can sense when someone truly enjoys working with people and providing solutions. This is Jessie.”
Brandon Ruckel, insurance field agent, has been selected as the Five Diamond Employee
of the Month in
October for Extraordinary Performance.
Brandon received the following member email regarding a car seat safety check: “I want to express my sincere appreciation for taking the time to educate and instruct me on securing my Graco car seat. Your actions to secure the seat as well as the tips and advice were invaluable. You are a tremendous credit to the AAA organization.”

Grandview Car Care Plus is Moving
AAA’s Grandview Car Care Plus facility is moving to 686 Grandview Ave., Grandview, Ohio. The move is expected to be completed by late November.
