Travel Agent Appointment Scheduling Introduced
AAA Ohio has introduced appointment scheduling with travel agents. These appointments can be scheduled in-person, by phone or even by video conference. Scheduling appointments allow
us to be ready for you when you walk in, which means less time waiting for service.
Store hours also have been extended:
Monday: 8:30 a.m – 6 p.m. Tuesday-Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – noon.
The extra hours, along with scheduled appointments, allow us to better allow for physical distancing by having more control of the total number of people within our locations.
Service Hints for Emergency Road Service
• AAA service is available to a member who is driving or riding in a qualified vehicle that becomes disabled. Be sure to present a valid membership card and photo ID.
• During extreme weather conditions that result in service delays, AAA will provide service on a priority basis, tending first to those broken down on streets and highways.
As equipment becomes available, service will be provided to vehicles at home or parked off the road.
• Download the AAA app. It offers many helpful features, including the ability to request emergency road service online.
