The Ohio Auto Club recognizes outstanding employees who demonstrate the values outlined in the club’s Five Diamond Service Standards. Associates are recognized monthly based on input from various sources, including nominations from peers, feedback from internal and external surveys, and other unsolicited feedback.
Employees can be nominated based on the following service categories:
• Noteworthy Accomplishment • Extraordinary Performance
• Exceptional Leadership
• Problem Resolution
• Innovation
The most recent Five-Diamond Employees of the Month include:
Josh Throckmorton was selected as the AAA Five-Diamond Employee of the Month for November. Josh, a desktop analyst in the IT department, received nominations for Problem Solving, Noteworthy Accomplishment, Extraordinary Performance, Exceptional Leadership and Innovation.
Said a fellow associate: “It is always a pleasure to work with Josh. Whenever I have an issue, Josh is quick to respond and works diligently to solve the issue. Josh is a perfect example of Five Diamond service!”
Said another: “Josh is awesome. I have observed Josh on several other occasions assist members of the Training team to find solutions to our technical issues. He listens, asks questions and finds solutions!”
Kellie O’Riordan, Traffic Safety Program manager, has been selected the Five-Diamond Employee of the Month for December. She was nominated under the categories of Noteworthy Accomplishment, Extraordinary Performance and Exceptional Leadership.
Said her supervisor: “While Kellie always provides Five Diamond service, she deserves the Five Diamond Employee of the Month this month for all the extra effort she put in during Traffic Safety’s staffing transition, as it is also a very busy time for AAA School Safety Patrol and Teen Driver Safety events. But she has managed it impeccably. She exemplifies our core standard ‘Support and Be an Advocate in the Community.’”
