Employees can be nominated based on the following service categories:
• Noteworthy Accomplishment • Extraordinary Performance
• Exceptional Leadership
• Problem Resolution
• Innovation
The most recent Five Diamond Employees of the Month include:
Nathanael Johnson was honored as the OAC Five Diamond Employee of the Month for November. Johnson, an insurance agent, was recognized under the category of Noteworthy Accomplishment.
Here’s what one of his clients had to say:
“I have been a AAA member for many years now and have used your services multiple times and everything has been great. I felt the need though this time to let someone know what a great employee and wonderful customer service that Nathanael gave to me today. He went above and beyond and walked me through every step that needed to be done. A true professional.”
In a call quality assurance review, Debbie Sproul shared the following, “Nathanael Johnson is the finest example of an associate delivering exceptional experience in our company. If he is ever having an ‘off day’ it is never evident – he is professional, consistent and engaging on every single call.”
David England was named Five Diamond Employee of the Month for December. England, a battery service technician, was recognized in the categories of Noteworthy Accomplishment and Extraordinary Performance.
Below are a few comments received from members:
“The roadside assistant couldn’t have been more helpful! He was so kind and personable. I had a great experience with AAA.”
“The operator was Dave, super guy! Felt more like an old friend helping me. Friendly and efficient! Very much a ‘plus’ for AAA and for the customer. Many thanks to Dave!!!”
